RETURNS & REFUNDS

We want you to be fully satisfied with your order. Please read the following carefully to understand our policies for returns, replacements, and refunds.


Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive a product that is damaged or faulty, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
Our first course of action will be to send a replacement of the same item.
If a replacement cannot be sent for any reason, a refund will be issued for the affected product.

To help us resolve your issue quickly, please include your order number and (if possible) a brief description or photo of the damaged item when contacting us.


Change of Mind Returns (Australia Only)

We accept change of mind returns for Australian customers only, provided that:

  • The product has not been used, and

  • It is in its original, saleable condition.

Refunds for change of mind apply to the product cost only.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Please contact us before returning any items so that we can provide the correct return instructions.
Unapproved returns sent without contacting us first may not be accepted.


International Orders

For customers outside of Australia, we do not offer change of mind returns or refunds.
This policy helps maintain our strict safety, hygiene, and international compliance standards.

If your international order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 30 days for assistance.
A replacement will be sent where possible, or a refund will be issued if a replacement cannot be provided.


Unclaimed or Returned Parcels

If a parcel is returned to us because it was unclaimed, undeliverable, or addressed incorrectly, we will refund the product cost only.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, as customers are provided with tracking information and are responsible for following their delivery status.


Customs Seizures (International Orders)

It is the customer’s responsibility to be aware of their country’s import and customs regulations before purchasing.
If an international parcel is seized, delayed, or rejected by customs, no refund will be provided.


How to Request a Return or Refund

To start a return or refund request, please contact our support team with:

  • Your order number

  • The reason for your request

  • Any supporting details or photos (if applicable)

Our team will guide you through the next steps and provide return instructions if required.
We do not accept unsolicited returns — please wait for confirmation before sending any items back.


Processing Time

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
Approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days, and funds will be returned to your original payment method.
