Domestic Shipping (Australia)

Shipping Options

All Australian orders are shipped via Australia Post.

  • Standard Shipping: Free on all orders (2–5 business days)

  • Express Shipping: $9.99 flat rate (1–3 business days)

  • Free Express Shipping: Automatically applied on orders over $100

Delivery times are estimates provided by Australia Post and may vary slightly depending on your location.


Order Processing

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.
You’ll receive a tracking link once your order has been shipped.

We deliver to residential addresses, PO Boxes, and Parcel Lockers across Australia.
Please note that pickup is not available.


Discreet Packaging

All orders are sent in plain, unbranded packaging with no references to our business or the products inside.
Your privacy and discretion are always our top priority.


Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive a damaged or faulty product, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
We will send a replacement as the first option.
If a replacement cannot be sent, a refund will be issued.


Change of Mind Returns

Change of mind returns are accepted provided the product:

  • Has not been used, and

  • Is in its original, saleable condition.

Refunds for change of mind cover the product cost only — shipping fees are non-refundable.
Please contact us before returning any product for further instructions.


Unclaimed Parcels

If a parcel is returned as unclaimed or undeliverable, only the product cost will be refunded.
Shipping charges will not be refunded, as customers receive tracking details and are responsible for monitoring delivery progress.


Address Accuracy

Please double-check your address during checkout.
Orders are shipped to the exact address provided, and we cannot be held responsible for incorrect or incomplete details.


International Shipping

Worldwide Shipping

We ship worldwide via Australia Post.
All international orders are sent using standard tracked shipping, with estimated delivery times of 5–10 business days to most major countries and cities.
Smaller or rural areas may take longer.

Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your destination country.


Packaging for International Orders

To comply with international courier regulations, all delay sprays are shipped in clear plastic spray bottles instead of their original aluminium canisters.
This ensures safe air transport and compliance with Dangerous Goods (DG) restrictions, while still providing the same effective formula and performance.

This applies only to international customers — all Australian orders are shipped in their original packaging.


Processing & Tracking

All international orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.
Customers will receive a tracking link once the order has been shipped.

All parcels are sent in plain, unbranded packaging with no labels or product references, ensuring full customer privacy.


Customs, Duties & Import Regulations

Customers are responsible for knowing and complying with local import regulations before placing an order.
We are not responsible for customs seizures, delays, or import restrictions, and no refunds will be provided if a parcel is seized by customs.

To help minimise import fees or issues, all international parcels are declared at a value of $10 AUD and listed as “skin moisturizer” for customs purposes.

Any customs duties, taxes, or extra import charges are the responsibility of the customer.
